Homeward Bound Adirondacks extends our heartfelt gratitude to IBEW Local 1249 for their incredible support through the Annual IBEW Local 1249 Fall Classic Golf Tournament, held on September 20th, 2025, at the beautiful Bend of the River Golf Course in Hadley, NY. Because of their generosity and the efforts of everyone who participated, Homeward Bound Adirondacks received a donation of $9,476.00 to help us continue our mission of providing healing, hope, and support for veterans overcoming trauma and PTSD. A special thank you goes out to Bob Grant, Brett Jolly, and Matt Ripley for organizing the event and presenting the check to our team member James Hernandez Sr. To all the players, sponsors, and volunteers — your participation makes a real difference in the lives of those who served our country. Thank you for standing with our veterans and helping us provide the wilderness as a place of healing.
