Join Us for the IBEW 1249 Fall Classic Golf Tournament!

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming IBEW 1249 Fall Classic Golf Tournament, taking place on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, at the beautiful Bend of The River Golf Course in Hadley, NY. This event promises a day of fun, camaraderie, and support for a great cause.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, September 21st, 2024
• Location: Bend of The River Golf Course, 5 Park Ave Ext., Hadley, NY 12835
• Registration: Starts at 10:00 AM
• Shotgun Start: 11:00 AM
• Entry Fee: $70 per player

Each participant will receive a 1249 quarter-zip shirt along with food and drink tickets as part of the entry fee. This is more than just a golf tournament—it’s an opportunity to give back to those who have given so much.

Support a Worthy Cause: All proceeds from this event will go directly to supporting Homeward Bound Adirondacks, an organization dedicated to empowering veterans and soldiers through the challenges they face. Our programs offer a place of healing and hope, particularly for those suffering from PTSD. By participating in this tournament, you’re helping us continue our mission of providing vital support and services to those who need it most.

Exciting Extras: In addition to a great day of golf, there will be opportunities to win through our prize raffle, 50/50 draw, and mulligans. Don’t forget to bring cash as there will be no ATM on site.

The ”American Heroes Festival” is being held August 24,2024 in Malone, NY. Bringing awareness to burn pit exposure, PTSD, and suicide awareness. Live Music, Karaoke, Food Trucks, Vendors, Veteran Resources, 50/50 Raffle, North Country Crusaders, Face Painting, Cornhole Tournament, Chuck Wagon Exhibit by Steve Dustin & more! Ticonderoga Golf Course, in collaboration with Homeward Bound Adirondacks, would like to welcome all Veterans for our “Freedom on the Fairway” event, starting May 31st at 4pm.

📅 Dates: May 31st, June 28th, July 26th, August 30th, September 27th (last Friday of every month)

The first 5 Veterans to sign up for any date will play free of charge, thanks to the Joseph P. Dwyer peer to peer grant program. For all others, the fee is $40 per person, which includes cart and green fees.
