Kirk LaVigne is a Westville, NY resident that has attended Franklin Academy as well as SUNY Canton and runs a family business named LaVigne IGA Grocery Store. Kirk is married to his loving wife Amiee LaVigne. Being in a family of service members, he has an active involvement in HBA for a number of years.
