Today, our team at Homeward Bound Adirondacks had the privilege of attending the grand opening of the Joseph P. Dwyer Veteran Peer Support Project at 230 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY. We explored the incredible services offered and connected with their dedicated staff. We are honored to receive funding from the NY State Joseph P. Dwyer Program to support veterans in Clinton, Essex, and Franklin counties.
