Homeward Bound Adirondacks, with support from the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Program, is honored to offer a fully funded opportunity for three Combat Veterans and one HBA Veteran Staff Member to participate in the prestigious 24th Annual Manhattan Cup, held in New York City from June 5–7, 2025. This all-release charity fishing tournament gathers some of the finest anglers in the Northeast to compete for trophy-sized striped bass in the waters surrounding New York and New Jersey. Participants will depart from Plattsburgh on June 5, enjoy a full day of guided fishing on June 6, and return on June 7. The event concludes with a celebratory banquet and raffle. Participation selection will take place in mid-May, and all applicants must be verified combat veterans. In addition, our retreats do have a maximum allowed capacity of veterans who we can allow to attend.
