Greene County NY Vet2Vet
A peer support initiative designed to assist veterans and their families in Greene County, New York, as they transition to civilian life. Funded through the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Program, it is administered by the Hudson Valley National Center for Veteran Reintegration (HVNCVR) in collaboration with the Greene County Veterans Service Agency. The program aims to provide peer support to veterans and their families, raise awareness about the unique struggles veterans face, and build a stronger veteran community with camaraderie and mutual support while honoring the veterans for their dedication to our country.
