Big news! Our very own Executive Director, Valerie Ainsworth, is bravely stepping up as one of the Cow Kissers in the United Way Cow Kissing Challenge — all to help raise critical funds for homelessness prevention across our region.

Here’s how it works:

If the campaign hits $10,000 by February 12, local leaders (yes… including Valerie ) will kiss an actual Miner Institute cow.

Photos, videos, and media coverage will follow — because what’s fundraising without a little fun?

This light-hearted challenge supports a very serious need, and we’re proud to stand alongside United Way and our regional partners to help neighbors stay safe, housed, and supported.
